It can be challenging to navigate early parenthood and learn what approach is best for you and your family. There are a lot of opinions and loud voices to sort through. My hope is to support you to listen to your own parenting compass and help everyone get their needs met. Topics I'd be happy to explore together: Postpartum planning to welcome a new baby with greater support and expectations Sleep challenges for little ones 2 and under Supporting a new sibling having a hard time with welcoming a new baby Understanding behavioral challenges - aka tantrums Communicating your own parenting values with greater confidence Exploring surprising emotions and responses to parenthood Helping little ones with transitions Sorting through 'aggressive' behavior There is not one, right, best way to parent and there's definitely not room for perfection only self compassion and joy. Let's get curious together about what steps you can take to move through the harder moments with ease. We meet on Google Meet or we can also meet on Zoom for this 2-part visit to give us extra time to talk about what worked and what didn't work. I accept Venmo, PayPal as well as credit card.
