Our Journey

Two hour, weekly sessions, deep discussions and opportunities for connection and dialogue, blended with guided exercises and ceremony make this a one-of-a-kind experience. Mothers with babies in arms (up to around 9 months) are welcome. Your baby is welcome and encouraged, but not required, to attend with you.

Week 1 Joys and Challenges of New Motherhood: Exploring the biological changes and shifts in our bodies, our hearts, our minds. Sharing resources and tools for feeling nourished, held and grounded

Week 2  The Emotional Side of New Motherhood: Understanding how emotions are helping shape your experience and create attachment with your baby. Balancing cortisol, lowering anxiety and supporting healthy mindset from the beginning.

Week 3 Intimacy and Partnership in New Motherhood  Challenges and invitations of co-parenting with a newborn. Relating with your partner +/or single parenting and dating and rediscovery intimacy post birth.

Week 4 Honoring Our Babies + Circle Completion  Letting go of expectations and adopting radical acceptance for the expression, needs and temperament of our babies. Exploring attachment further and the very early stages of emotional development.

"I never imagined that the sweetest moment in our life could have been also so challenging. I thank The Nest and Katie for being there taking us hand in hand through this big transformation."
