Supporting Your Unique Feeding Journey
No matter where you are on your path, I'm here to offer gentle guidance and support for your feeding journey. Perhaps you're preparing for your baby's arrival, eager to explore all your feeding options and feel confident before birth. Or maybe you're navigating the beautiful complexities of postpartum life, facing unexpected feeding challenges and seeking a compassionate hand to help you find solutions.

Whatever your circumstances, my purpose is to educate and empower you. We'll explore evidence-based information, discuss your personal goals, and work together to create a feeding experience that feels right for you and your little one. My aim is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
What lactation appointments look like:
Implementing a personalized care plan and seeing progress often takes time. As you and your family grow and succeed, new questions might even pop up! That's why most consultations include a plan for us to work together for at least a week, and sometimes up to six weeks. All fees cover your agreed-upon care plan, ensuring you have the consistent support you need.

For time-sensitive needs, please reach out to me directly by phone so we can schedule your visit as soon as possible. Sometimes, this means starting with a virtual conversation. If I'm not immediately available for a home or office visit, a virtual call lets us begin discussing solutions immediately.

During our initial visit—whether virtual or in-person—we'll gently explore the realities of your current feeding situation. We'll talk about what's working well and what feels challenging for your family, and discuss the goals and expectations you hope to achieve by the end of our time together.
