Importance of Postpartum Care:
The secret to postpartum bliss? Nurturing support. So you can rest, nourish yourself and your new baby with as much peace as possible.
My specialty in the early 2000's included supporting families with multiples, nighttime care and single parents. I've been a postpartum doula trainer and mentor since 2013. Now that insurance is covering care, I'm opening my hands to those seeking supportive postpartum care once again - although, I don't offer overnight care any longer, I can offer early mornings or late evenings as needed.
As a lactation consultant, my care will include support with feedings but also newborn care and making sure everyone feels confident navigating this next big transition in parenthood.
