ALL visits can be scheduled for prenatal care, postpartum care or early parenting support
ALL visits include a discovery call (if needed), an initial visit, an email with additional notes and resources, 2 weeks of follow up care and access to discounted follow up visits.
Fill out your initial intake form and an insurance form (if needed) before we meet.

In-Home Care
Schedule a comprehensive visit at home so you can continue to nest with your baby. We'll cover all of your questions and concerns. I can support you with positioning, latch, comfort and milk production. As well as working with multiples. We can discuss infant communication and behavior as well as weight gain goals.

In-Office Care
Join me in downtown Grass Valley, Ca for a focused conversation around infant care, feeding, development and maternal care. All of the same options as the in-home visit, but for a lower fee.
Parenting support is also available: sibling preparation, toddler parenting, sleep support

Telehealth Care
For families who live outside of my service area or who would prefer meeting virtually, this option is convenient. I'm happy to cover all of the options in the comprehensive care visits over a video call.

Weekly Virtual Support Circle
Meet every Monday at 1pm for additional community care! Available to all of my clients and to the larger community of parents caring for an infant under one. We can cover feedings, development, sleep and more!
